Ahi Katsu
 
 
Ahi cut into 1 1/2  X 1 1/2 inch blocks, length should be same as nori sheet.
Egg wash to coat fish
Corn starch
Panko
Nori sheet
Oil for frying
 
 
1. Wrap fish with nori sheets . Coat with corn starch.
 
2. Dip into egg wash.
 
3. Roll ahi in panko.
 
4. Fry in hot oil for 10 seconds, not too long.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Lomi Tako
 
 
Cooked tako, cut into slices
ogo
tomato- diced
onion- diced
green onion- chopped
