Apple Crumble

 

Crumb topping and crust

2 cup flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2  sticks butter

 

Filing


6 large apple peeled, cored and cubed

1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

2Tbsp. flour


  1. Cut crumb topping ingredients together. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix apple cut apples, nutmeg and cinnamon and flour. If apples are tart 1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar can be added. 
  3. Use 1/2 for bottom crust in a 9 1/4 X 6 1/2  pan, which is half a 9 x 13 pan. Press down flat. Spread apple filling then remainder crumb topping.
  4. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
