Beef Broccoli
 
Beef
1 pound chuck roast or steak, Cut into thin slices.
Sauce ingredients
1 Tbsp. dark shoyu or Lee Kum Kee Braising Sauce
1 Tbsp. reg shoyu
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Chicken Powder
1/2  tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. sesame oil
Combine all ingredients and set aside
Meat marinade
1/2 Tbsp. Dark Shoyu
1/2 Tbsp. reg. Shoyu
1 Tbsp. Sherry or White Wine
1 tsp. white pepper
3 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 tsp. baking soda (this will make the meat real soft) Hint: If not cooking right away, Add baking soda 30 min before cooking
Combine ingredients with sliced beef and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Broccoli
3-4 cups of cut  broccoli Blanched in hot water . Drain, set aside.
4 garlic cloves minced
 
Directions:
1.  Slice beef into thin 1 inch pieces, add marinade ingredients, mix and set aside. Allow beef to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2.  Prepare sauce mixture and set aside.
3.  Cut broccoli to size.  
4.  Heat skillet over medium high heat and add oil. After oil is heated, not smoking.
5. Saute beef till completely done. Add minced garlic
6. Add broccoli and continue to saute.
7. Add sauce and continue to saute until sauce thickens.
8. Garnish with green onion or Cilantro

Beef with Assorted Vegetables
Beef with Mushrooms
