
Beef Goulash Local Style
1 ½ lb. chuck roast, sliced thin 1 inch pieces
3 baked potatoes, cubed
1 can diced stewed tomatoes
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp. seasoned salt , homemade or commercial
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1. In a non-stick skillet or wok, sauté sliced beef until well done.
2. Add cubed potatoes. Potatoes may be raw but, precooked or leftover
baked potatoes lessen the cooking time of this recipe.
3. Add all other ingredients, diced tomatoes, frozen vegetables, salt and oyster sauce.
4. Simmer and keep warm till ready to eat.
