Black Bean and Corn Salsa

 

1     15-oz. can Black Beans, drained and rinsed

1     15-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained

1      15-oz. can diced Mexican Style tomatoes

       ½ cup sliced green onions

       ½ cup chopped green bell pepper

       ½ cup chopped red bell pepper

2      Tbsp. olive oil

       1 tsp. cumin

       ½  cup minced cilantro

       1 tsp garlic salt

 

 

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste. Store in refrigerator before serving.
