
Black Bean Sauce Master Recipe
This sauce can be used for making any Chinese Black Bean dish. Chicken, Pork, Shrimp, Crab
2 Tbsp. minced ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup shoyu
1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce
3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 cup water
Cornstarch slurry for thickening
Heat about 2 Tbsp. Canola or Peanut oil and saute, garlic, ginger.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to simmer.
Thicken with cornstarch slurry to desired consistancy
Add to you final recipe
