
Chili Pepper Water
1 quart water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2cup to 1 cup Hawaiian Chili peppers
4 cloves minced garlic
3 slices of ginger, smashed
2 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
Heat water in a sauce pan until boiling.
Add all ingredients.
Turn heat to low and cover with lid.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Using a spoon or sturdy fork, smash chili peppers on side of pot. Water should become more orange in color.
Taste and adjust salt taste.
Let cool before bottling.
Refrigerate. Keeps a long time.
