Chinese Pretzels
 
 
 
1 box cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
 
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2  1/2 cup water
2 eggs (beaten)
 
Oil for frying
 
Combine dry ingredients together. Add liquid ingredients to flour mixture.
Heat oil and rosettes in a deep saucepan. Yields 10 dozen.
