
Chow Mein Noodles
3 lbs chow mein noodles
5 chicken thighs, boneless / skinless, cut into 1 inch square pieces
2 carrots , cut into thin slivers
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 can chicken broth
1 tsp. chicken powder
1 round onion, sliced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
1. Prepare all the vegetables and set aside.
2. Saute chicken in hot oil , add garlic.
3. Remove garlic when chicken is done. Drain any excess fat.
4. Add all vegetables and stir fry till just cooked through.
5. Add oyster sauce, chicken powder and sesame seed oil.
6. Mix in chow mein noodles, add chicken broth for moisture.
7. Season to taste.
