Cocoa Mochi
 
 
2 cup mochiko flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. Hershey or other baking cocoa
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1   12oz. can evaporated milk
1   12 oz. can coconut milk
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 eggs
 
 
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 
2. Grease a 9 X 13 pan.
 
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and use an electric beater to mix well.
 
4. Pour into pan and bake foe 1 hour.
 
5. Cool before cutting.
