
Cole Slaw (KFC)
1 finely chopped head cabbage
1/2 finely chopped purple cabbage
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1. Combine the mayo, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl
2. Add cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot and onion, mix well.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
