Country Fried Potatoes
 

2-3 large  poatotes
salt, pepper and  paprika to taste
2-3 Tbsp. vegetable oil.

1. Wash and dry potatoes. Do not peel.
 
2. Microwave the potatoes 4-5 minutes. Potatoes should be partially cooked,
     after microwaved.
 
3. Cut cooked potatoes into cubes.
 
4. In a skillet , heat oil over medium high heat. Place cubed potatoes in skillet.
     Fry until brown on all sides. Toss as you fry.
 
5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. After the potatotes have fried
     and turned alittle brown.
 
6. Fry potatoes on each side until golden brown and crunchy.
