
Crepes
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/4 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
Using a wire whisk, mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Heat a medium non-stick skillet to medium heat.
ladle crepe batter to coat bottom of pan and swirl batter to create a thin crepe.
Flip crepe once , when done, then fold into triangle or roll up.
Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar and serve.
Create variations with fruit or nutella or whipped cream on top.
