Crispy Oven Fried Chicken
 
 
 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs chicken drumsticks or thighs
1 cup plain or seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian herd seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
 
 
1. Combine bread crumbs and seasonings together in a plastic bag or bowl.
 
2. Evenly coat each piece.
 
3. Place chicken pieces, skin side down, on a shallow baking pan, lightly sprayed with PAM. Use foil to line pan, makes clean up easier.
 
4. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 30 min. Turn chicken pieces so they are skin side up now. Continue baking for another 20-30 or until skin is golden brown.
