Croissant shaped butter rolls


Dough 

1 cup warm ,not hot milk.

2 tsp. yeast

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

1 egg

3 1/4 cup flour  A.P. or Bread flour

1/2 tsp. salt


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer if you got one. Knead till smooth 

Let dough rise untill double in volume

Remove to clean counter top and roll out into a 16 inch diameter circle

using a pizza cutter, divide into 12 triangle shapes

Roll each triangle into a croissant shape.

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan and arrange rolls in eaven rows

Let rise for 45-60 minutes. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
