Curry Beef Stew 

Insta Pot Hawaiian Style 


2 lbs. Chuck Roast ,2 inch Cubed

1 1/2 cups beef broth

2 cups cubed carrots

3-4 Stalks celery 1 inch chopped

1 medium onion, large cubed

2 medium potatoes, 2 inch cubed

4 cloves minced garlic

3 Tbsp. curry powder

1 Tsp. Hawaiian salt or season salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 cup flour 

3/4 cup milk


1. Brown meat. When meat is seared, add garlic and broth.

2. cover and set insta pot to pressure cook for 15 minutes.

3. When meat has cooked, open and add remaining ingredients, except for flour and milk slurry.

4. Lock lid back on and pressure cook for 10 minutes.

5. After pressure cooking, open lid and stir in flour milk slurry , to thicken stew.

6. Keep on low/warm till ready to eat. Taste and adjust flavor.
