Fried Rice


5 cups Cooked Rice, leftover rice works great

1 large Portuguese sausage (diced)

2 Tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil

Chopped Green Onion

2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

Minced Carrots- for color

Pepper/Salt to taste

 

1. In a clean plastic bag , place the rice , sesame seed oil, oyster   

    sauce and pepper. Close bag and gently mix ingredients. Do    

    not break the bag.

 

2. In a wok or skillet heat, Fry meat, till done. Add carrots and  

    sauté until cooked through. Add rice, mix as it cooks, when  

    rice is hot add egg to bottom of pan stir in.

 

3. Season to taste, with salt.
