Fried Tofu
Making fried tofu is easy. Cube the tofu and place cubes on paper towel to absorb and extra water before frying. Heat enough canola oil in a wok or pan to just cover tofu cube. Fry tofu and single layer batches. Mix gently and stir to fry all sides. When tofu cubes are browned , remove and set aside until all tofu is done.
Or you can just buy it fried already from the Asian section.
Putting it all Together

- Add tofu , mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in sauce to create a gravy for the sauted vegetables.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve over Jasmine rice.
