
Garlic and Olive oil Grilled Shrimp
2 lb. peeled and deviened 16-20 or 21-30 size shrimp.
2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
5 cloves minced garlic
Kosher salt to taste ( not too much)
Minced Parsley
Sprinkle of smoked or plain paprika
dash pepper
Fire up the grill.
In a large mixing bowl, season shrimp.
Place on grill and turn after a couple of minutes. Shrimp cook fast.
Shrimp are done when they turn orange/pink.
Eat time.
