
Hummus
1 15oz. can Garbanzo Beans
3 cloves of garlic - put through garlic press
1 tsp. coriander, ground
1 tsp. cumin, ground
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt/ pepper to taste
Pinch of cayanne pepper
1/3 cup or so of sesame seeds roasted or unroasted
Add all ingredients into a container and blend with emersion blender.
Use liquid from beans to form a paste consistancy.
