Kamaboku-Crab Dip
 
1 block kamaboku, minced
8 oz. imitation crab meat, shredded
1/4 cup green onions, minced
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
garlic salt and pepper to taste
 
 
1. Combine all ingredients.
 
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with   
    crackers or vegetables.
