Kim Chee Fried Rice
 
 
5 cups cooked , day old rice
1 bottle kim chee, drained, chopped
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
3 carrots, jullienned
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 cup chopped green onions
1 can spam
 
1. In a medium size skillet fry scrambled eggs with butter and reserve.
2. In a large non stick pan or wok, heat a small amout of oil. Fry spam until slightly
     brown add kim chee and garlic until heated through. 
3. Add carrots, cook for 1 minute. 
4. Add rice and stir ingredients.
5. Lastly add green onions and scrambled eggs. 
6. Stir and mix until rice is hot.
