
Kobe Steakhouse Garlic Fried Rice
6 cloves of minced garlic
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. shoyu
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 eggs scrambled
4 shiitake mushrooms diced (may use dried and rehydrated shiitake)
1/2 cup chopped shrimp (optional)
6 cups cooked rice
In a nonstick wok, cook scrabbled eggs with a little canola oil and set aside.
Heat butter, and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and mushroom at this time if desired. Add cooked rice and mix.
Season to taste. Return scrabbled eggs to fried rice. Granish with chopped green onion.
