Lemon Pepper Broiled Chicken
(no sodium)
 
 
Chicken thighs, deboned
Lemon Pepper Blend
Paprika
 
 
1. Debone chicken. Use a knife to slice thicker section to make thigh equal thickness.
     Skin may be left on.
 
2. Sprinkle Lemon Pepper Blend and paprika on both sides of chicken.
 
3. Place on broiler pan and broil approximately 6 inches from broiler.
 
4. Turn chicken pieces when side is sizzling and browned.
