Lumpia
 
1 lb Ground pork
1/3 cup Shredded carrots
2 cups Shredded cabbage
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup minced green onion

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Using lumpia or spring roll wrappers, place about  2 Tbsp. of meat mixture on each wrapper and roll to 
    for a tight, uniformed roll. Seal with a dab of water. 
 3. Shallow fry in enough oil just to cover 1/2 of the lumpia. Turn after 1st side is golden brown. Don't need to deep fry.
      Uses too much oil.
