Pan Macaroni Melt
 
Ingredients:
 
Spaghetti Sauce, 25-26 oz. or 1 bottle
 
1 Portuguese sausage, sliced and boiled to render fat.
 
1 package cooked, al dente, elbow macaroni
 
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 
1 can sliced olives
 
Parmesan cheese
 
 
Directions:
 
In a large skillet, warm sauce over medium heat. Add sausage.
 
Mix in macaroni and combine well with sauce.
 
Cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
 
Spread mozzarella cheese over top and finish off with olives.
 
Place pan 4 inches under broiler to melt cheese till bubbling and turning slightly brown.
 
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
