Mexican Refried Bean Dip
 
 
Ingredients:
 
2  16oz. cans refried beans
1  12oz. container of guacamole
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. salsa
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can of sliced olives
chopped green onions
 
 
Directions:
 
1. In a 9X13 glass dish or pan, spread refried beans.
 
2. Layer as follows, guacamole, sour cream then salsa.
 
3. Sprinkle cheese on top.
 
4. Garnish with slices olives and chopped green onions.
     Other garnishes like jalepeno peppers, diced tomatoes may be used.
