
Basic Chinese Chow Mein Noodle Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Shoyu
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tsp. Sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1. Combine all ingredients. Mix to dissolve cornstarch.
2. Use desired amount of sauce to braise vegetables and meat.
3. After sauce thickens. Pour over noodles. Or ,add noodles and mix all ingredient
together.
*****Sauce can also be used just with braised vegetable and/or chicken, beef, pork
