Cake Noodles w/ chicken and broccoli
 
Ingredients:
 
2 lbs. Chicken pieces
3 cups Broccoli
2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. Sesame seed oil
1 tsp. Chicken powder
2 Tbsp. Corn starch
1  1/2 cup water
Fresh saimin noodles or Okuhara saimin ( 1 bag per person)

 
1. If using fresh noodles, bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles.
    If using Okuhara or S&S saimin no need to boil.
 
2. Drain noodles in colander.
 
3. In a frying pan heat some oil to fry noodles. Fry noodle cake on both sides till golden brown and crispy.
 
4. After frying , cut noodes into 2"X2" square size pieces, and place on a
    platter.
 
5. Parboil broccoli till half cooked.
 
6. Stir fry chicken pieces with hot oil and minced garlic.
 
7. As it frys add 1/2 cup water then broccoli.
 
8. Add oyster sauce, salt, pepper and chicken powder,  these ingredients
    are all to taste.
 
9. When chicken is throughly done, add cornstarch/water to thicken.
 
10. Pour over noodles. Garnish with chinese parsley.
