Ogo Tomato Onion

1 lb. Ogo

1 Large Tomato diced

1/2 Round Onion sliced thin

1/3 cup Chopped green onion

1/2 Tbsp. Minced ginger, fine

2 tbsp. Sesame oil

1 Tbsp. Shoyu

Chili Pepper flakes

Roasted Sesame seeds

4-6 cups boiling water

1. Place Ogo in a colander and pour enough hot water to blench all of the Ogo. Rinse with cold water.

    Shake off excess water. Ogo may be chopped into 1 inch pieces, if needed.

2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients.

3. Mix to combine and taste. Adjust seasoning to desired flavor. Make um taste good. You da cook.

4. Refrigerate. Serve as side dish.

Chopped Kamaboku Fish cake
