Oyster Sauce Chicken

 
 
5 lb. roaster or Chicken thighs
 
Sauce to rub on chicken:
 
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 Tbsp. shoyu
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chinese five spice
1 tsp. sesame sed oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 slices ginger (minced)
4 stalks of green onion tied in a knot
Chinese Parsley
 
1. Combine all ingredients for the sauce.
 
2. Marinate Chicken in sauce for 1 hour. Place green onion in cavity.
 
3. Roast at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
 
4. Garnish chicken wirh chopped green onion or chinese parsley
