
Shoyu Poke
1 lb. ahi, cut into cubes
2 tsp. Hawaiian salt
3 Tbsp sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp Canola oil (makes the poke mixture smooth)
2 Tbsp. shoyu, I use Yamasa Brand Shoyu
Chile pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger fine minced
1/2 round onion thin sliced- Optional
chopped green onion
Combine all ingredients, taste and adjust seasonings, refrigerate.
