Healthy Raisin Bran Muffin
 
 
Ingredients:
 
2 cups raisin Bran cereal
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 Tbsp. veg. oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
 
 
Combine cereal brown sugar, egg, milk, molasses and veg. oil in a mixing bowl.
 
Combine remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
 
Add flour mixture to liquid. Mix just till moistened.
 
Pour into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.
