
Barbarque Sauce for Ribs
Beef Ribs or Pork Ribs
2 cans of beer (regular, not light)
Water (enough to cover ribs in a large pot)
Sauce
1/3 cup Oyster Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup shoyu
Bring water and beer mixture in a large stock pot to a boil. Liquid needs to cover ribs.
Simmer until tender. About 1 hour on simmer
remove and let cool.
Combine all ingredients for sauce.
Coat ribs with sauce and grill till sauce is charred a little.
