
Shrimp with Pasta
2 lbs. Raw , deveined . shelled shrimp
1/4 cup Butter
5 cloves of Garlic, minced
2 cups chopped broccoli
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
Cooked pasta, linguine, spaghetti, penne, whatever type desired
3 Tbsp. Olive oil, tossed with pasta to prevent sticking
Kosher Salt to taste
Parmesan Chesse
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. Plunge shrimp and chopped broccoli in water and cook about 2 minutes.
3. Drain with colander and set aside
4. In a large skillet. Heat butter and saute garlic.
5. Add shrimp and continue to saute shrimp with garlic and butter.
6. Add pasta and toss, mix in parsley.
Optional: If a creamy pasta sauce is desired, add 1/2 cup heavy cream. Fold in gently.
