Spicy Ahi 
 


 

1 lb. ahi diced
Hawaiian salt to taste, not too much
1 tsp dashi
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seed oil
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
2 Tbsp. Shiracha Hot Chili Sauce ( more if you like it hotter)
1/4 cup  Best Foods Mayonnaise

 
Combine all ingredients , in order, in a mixing bowl.
Add chili sauce, mayonnaise. More hot add more chili sauce.
Mayonnaise adds a distinct flavor, but don’t add too much, less is better than more.

Ingredient measurements are guidelines, add more or less as desired for your taste. 
Eat as poke or in sushi.
