Spicy Kung Pao Chicken
 



Chicken thighs, deboned and cut in ti 1-2 inch pieces
cornstrarch
shoyu
sesame seed oil
round onion, sliced thick
green bellpepper
Kung Pao Sauce
Hot Chili Sauce
 
Cut chicken and marinate with shoyu, sesame seed oil and cornstarch.
 
Saute in wok or skillet, until brown. Ad onion and bellpepper.
 
Add kung pao sauce and chili sauce, continue to saute.
 
Top with toasted cashews if desired.
