Steak Fried Rice
 
Ingredients:
 
3 cups rice
1 lb. steak (cooked, leftover is the best)
2 cup sweet peppers (red, orange, green, or what ever is on hand).
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
 
Directions:
 
1. Cook rice, or use leftover rice.
 
2. Slice leftover steak into bite size pieces.
 
3. Cut bell peppers into 1/2 X 1 inch pieces. Slice mushrooms into 1/2 inch pieces.
     Set aside.
 
4. Heat large nonstick skillet, add butter and melt.
 
5. Add steak and saute till medium done.
 
6. Pour oyster sauce onto meat and continue to cook.
 
7. Add peppers and mushrooms. Saute for 2 minutes.
 
8. Add rice and stir in. 
9. Garnish with frozen peas and sliced green onion
