Steamed Pork Hash
                                                                                  Family style one dish
 
 
2 lbs. Ground Pork
6 Shitake Mushrooms soaked and minced
¼ cup minced Chung Choi ( salted turnip)
2 Tbsp. Fermented Black Beans, soaked and crushed
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Shoyu
1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
 
 
 
1.    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
 
2.    Place meat mixture in a pyrex pie dish. Press to flatten into a large patti.
 
3.    Steam for 20-30 minutes or until done.
 
4.    Serve with hot rice.
