
Tomato/Onion and Roast Pork
1 lb. Roast pork
3 large tomatoes or 15-20 Cherry Tomatoes , ½ inch chunks
½ Round onion, cubed
½ cup chopped Green onion
1 Tbsp. patis (Filipino fish sauce)
pepper to taste
5 dried shrimp, chopped (optional)
- cube roast pork.
- Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare all other ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients with the roast pork.
- Add patis and pepper.
- Let marinate for at least ½ hour before serving.
- Refrigerate if not eating right away.
- Ono with poi, rice or as a side dish/ pupu.
