Tomato/Onion and Roast Pork


 

 

1 lb. Roast pork

3 large tomatoes or 15-20 Cherry Tomatoes , ½ inch chunks

½ Round onion, cubed

½ cup chopped Green onion

1 Tbsp. patis (Filipino fish sauce)

pepper to taste

5 dried shrimp, chopped (optional)

 

  1. cube roast pork. 
  2. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare all other ingredients.
  4. Combine all ingredients with the roast pork.
  5. Add patis and pepper.
  6. Let marinate for at least ½ hour before serving.
  7. Refrigerate if not eating right away.
  8. Ono with poi, rice or as a side dish/ pupu.
