Veggie Deli Sub
 
 
Ingredients:
 
1 leaf, Red leaf lettuce
¼ cup Sauerkraut
Sliced olives
Bean sprouts
¼ cup Shredded cabbage
¼ cup Julienne carrots
2 Tbsp. Sliced red onions
3 Slices green bell pepper
3 Slices red bell pepper
5 Slices cucumber
1 Tbsp. Olive oil/ white wine vinegarette
2 slices Provolone cheese
Hoagie style bun (soft buns work better)
 
 
 
Vinaigrette dressing
 
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. McCormick salt free Garlic & Herb seasoning
 
Assemble sub in order on ingredient list. Add more or less according to desire.
