Veggie Panini’s
 
The roll
8” sandwich rolls
 
Spreads:
Pesto
 
Raw Vegetables: (All sliced thin)
Red onion
Green bell peppers
Red bell peppers
Zucchini
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Basil leaves
 
Cooked Vegetables:
Spicy eggplant
Sauted garlic vegetables
Grilled Portobello mushrooms
 
Cheese:
Provolone
Swiss
Mozzarella
Jack
 
Meats: (Optional)
Bacon
Shredded roast chicken
Shredded turkey
Pastrami
Pepperoni
 
1.    Spread pesto on the inside of both top and bottom of roll.
2.    Layer at least 3 raw vegetables and/ or cooked, example- zucchini, bell pepper, red onion or bell pepper, onion, broccoli. Spicy eggplant, sauted vegetables, or Portobello mushroom
3.    Top with 1 of the cheeses.
4.    Close and place in panini press grill.
5.    Grill until the cheese is melted and bread is tossed.
