Vietnamese Fish Sauce for dipping
1 cup warm water
ΒΌ cup fish sauce
3 cloves of garlic crushed and minced fine
Juice of 1 lime
5 Tbsp. sugar
Chili sauce for heat if desired
1 Tbsp. finely grated carrot
Mix all ingredients together.
Taste and adjust flavor
